These terms cover your use of morgansconcretetn.com, run by Morgan's Concrete LLC (doing business as Morgan's Concrete and Excavation). By using the site you agree to them.

Estimates

A figure discussed before a site visit is a planning number. It is not a bid and it is not an offer to do the work at that price. A firm price comes only in a written estimate after we have walked the site. Numbers can change with grade, access, base conditions, permits and material costs.

Requests and site visits

Sending a request does not book a job. We return every call and request during business hours, Mon to Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm. A site visit is scheduled by agreement with the office.

Consent to contact

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call you about your request. Text messages and marketing email are sent only when you check the matching consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time as described in our privacy policy.

Photos you send

Photos attached to a request are used to understand the job and are stored with your request. You confirm you have the right to share them. We do not publish customer photos without asking.

Acceptable use

Do not use the forms to send automated traffic, false information or content that is unlawful. We may limit or block access that abuses the site.

Content on this site

Text, photos and the MCE mark on this site belong to Morgan's Concrete LLC or are used with permission. Customer reviews are shown as written by the customer on Google.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Tennessee law, Morgan's Concrete LLC is not liable for loss arising from reliance on a planning figure or on information on the site. Work we perform is governed by the written estimate and agreement for that job.
