Family owned in Silver Point, pouring for our neighbors across the Upper Cumberland
Morgan's Concrete and Excavation is a family business run from our yard in Silver Point. Founded in 2015, we started in site work and concrete for builders and now focus on the driveways, patios, sidewalks and floors that make a home look finished.

Who you will deal with
Joe. Owner. Bids the job and walks the site. He is the one who looks at your lot, checks the grade and the access, and writes the number down.
Josh. Foreman. Runs the concrete crews day to day. When the crew shows up, he is the supervisor on site, and he speaks English, so questions get answered on the spot.
Carlee. Office. Answers the phone and schedules the visit. We return every call and request during business hours, Mon to Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm. Calls outside those hours go to voicemail, and we return them when the office opens.
How the crews work
Our crews are our own W2 employees. There is no day labor and no subcontracted labor on your property. The people who show up on pour day are the same people who set the forms the day before, and the same company that graded the site pours the slab, so grade, base and concrete are one responsibility.
Licensed and insured. We size thickness and reinforcement to what the slab will carry and say so in writing. Control joints are cut so the slab cracks where we decide. The crew cleans up before leaving.
Family owned and operated since 2015, with the owner bidding every job and a supervisor from the company on every pour.
Where we pour
We are based in Silver Point, Putnam County, near Center Hill Lake, and we work in Cookeville and about an hour around it: Cookeville, Sparta, Smithville, Baxter, Algood, Monterey, Gainesboro, Crossville, Livingston, Silver Point, Carthage, McMinnville. If your town is not on that list, call and ask.
What we do not offer
Do you build retaining walls?
No. Morgan's does not build retaining walls. We focus on driveways, patios, sidewalks and walkways, garage and shop floors, stamped and decorative concrete, tear-out and replacement, and the site work that goes with them: excavation, grading, septic installation, land clearing, demolition, and foundations and footings.
