Privacy policy

This policy explains what Morgan's Concrete LLC (doing business as Morgan's Concrete and Excavation) collects when you use morgansconcretetn.com, why we collect it, and how to change your mind.

What we collect

When you request an estimate we ask for your name, phone number and email address, plus the details of the project: type, size, finish, town and any notes or photos you choose to attach. We also record the page you were on, the time, your IP address and, when you arrive from an ad, the click identifier in the link. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

• To call, text or email you about the estimate you asked for and to schedule the site visit.
• To prepare the written bid and, if you hire us, to carry out the work.
• To keep a record of the request in our scheduling software, Jobber.
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to the site, using Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager.

Text messages

We send transactional text messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, only when you check the box agreeing to receive them. Marketing texts are sent only when you check the separate marketing box. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP MKT to stop marketing texts, or STOP to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Text messages are sent through our scheduling software on its own number.

Email

We email you about your estimate whenever you give us an address. Marketing email goes out only when you check the marketing email box. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also email MorgansconcreteTN@gmail.com to be removed.

Who sees your information

Your details go to our office and the people who will do the work. They are stored with the service providers we use to run the business: Jobber for scheduling, Resend for office notifications, Vercel for hosting and photo storage, and Google for analytics. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to lead resellers.

Your choices

• Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
• Opt out of marketing email through the unsubscribe link or by emailing MorgansconcreteTN@gmail.com.
• Ask us to correct or delete your details by calling (931) 644-4047 or emailing MorgansconcreteTN@gmail.com.
